Progress Mining’s ‘Series 1’ undercarriage product range has been developed to the latest OEM specifications and have been designed to be interchangeable with current OEM components. The range includes track shoes, drive sprockets, front idlers, bottom rollers, top slide, drive shafts and fasteners.

Track Shoe Assemblies

Available in all length options, undercarriages can be tailored to your exact digging conditions. Manufactured from an enhanced OEM equivalent grade of SCMnH11. This manganese steel alloy offers high impact resistance, excellent wear resistance and uniform wear rates due to its work hardening properties. All designs include high tensile AISI 4140 grade induction hardened connecting pins and upgraded bolt pin retention for improved reliability.

Roller & Idler Kits

Manufactured to OEM specifications and highest quality internal components including induction hardened and ground axles, spun cast manganese bronze bushes / thrust washers. Compatible with machines auto lubrication ensures reliability and maximises wear life. With optional induction hardened roller shells, the ‘Series 1’ roller and idler range meets performance expectations in all applications.

Drive Sprockets

Produced from high grade NiCrMo alloy and through hardened to 360HBN, the drive sprockets are high strength and wear resistant. Tightly controlled geometric tolerances of critical areas minimises sliding contact with the track shoes improving overall wear life. CNC machining and additional quality checks ensures correct fit against final drive internals. Optional induction hardened wear surfaces improve undercarriage life in high abrasive conditions.

Slide Kits

Slider castings are cast alloy steel, through hardened to 400HBN to maximise their wear life without compromising track shoe life. OEM equivalent retaining gear ensures reliability and fit.
