Progress Mining’s ‘Series 1’ undercarriage product range has been developed to the latest OEM specifications and have been designed to be interchangeable with current OEM components. The range includes track shoes, drive sprockets, front idlers, bottom rollers, top rollers and fasteners.

Track Shoe Assemblies
Available in all length options in bushed and un-bushed configurations, undercarriages can be tailored to your exact digging conditions. All contact surfaces have been induction hardened to maximise component life. All designs include an upgraded bolt pin retention for improved reliability.
Roller Assemblies
The ‘Series 1’ roller range is based on the latest OEM offering however includes a single piece roller shell design. This feature removes the typical fatigue failure of the welded joint, maximising life of the roller in even the harshest conditions.
Idler Assemblies
Manufactured to OEM specifications and highest quality internal components the ‘Series 1’ idler range meets performance expectations. Available with auto lubrication options means assemblies can be tailored to existing machine configurations.
Drive Sprockets
Roller path diameters and drive lug widths have been adjusted to improve engagement and maximise wear life. Oversize options are available and are designed to maximise overall undercarriage life when sprocket change outs are required.
